Faridabad's recently built Sector 66 to sector 89 are collectively known as Neharpar Faridabad, also called Greater Faridabad. While Sectors 66 to 74 are considered to be Industrial Sectors and Sectors 75 to 89 are designated as  Residential Sectors. Because of the extensive new construction taking place here, the area will soon feature numerous amenities such as large roads, high-rise buildings, shopping centers, universities, hospitals, and other businesses.

The Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission provides Faridabad with a substantial amount of central funding (JnNURM).

About Nehar Par (Greater Faridabad)

The Greater Faridabad region is home to several of the city's most prestigious schools, such as the Modern DPS and the Shiv Nadar. In addition to schools, this Sub city is home to Amrita Hospital, Asia's largest medical facility with over 2600 beds and 81 different medical specialties, which was opened on August 28, 2022, by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Omaxe World Street is the largest mall in the region, and it features a food court, gaming area, and smart offices in addition to its allure as a destination for a big night out.

A number of infrastructure projects have been completed, and many more are currently under construction, all of which will vastly improve connectivity to the Greater Faridabad area.

Metro Connectivity

Delhi-Faridabad Metro: The Violet Line (Delhi Metro) which was earlier up to Badarpur Border has been extended up to Escorts Mujesar in Faridabad providing access to the entire Faridabad area across National Highway 2 and nearby regions. More importantly, the government has recently announced plans to extend the Delhi-Faridabad Metro facility all the way to Ballabhgarh, making it the largest Metro-connected region in NCR.

Road Connectivity
  • There is convenient access to the roadway services of Haryana (Haryana Roadways) and neighboring states such as the Delhi Transport Corporation, the Uttar Pradesh Transport Department, and the Madhya Pradesh Transport Department.
  • The National Highway-2 (Delhi-Mathura Road) passes through Faridabad and is well-connected to nearby districts, cities and states.
  • Nehar Par is also connected to Gurgaon through Gurgaon-Faridabad Road which starts from Sec 26 in Gurgaon and ends near Badhkal Lake in Faridabad.
New Connectivity with Noida-Greater Noida and Ghaziabad
  • The two upcoming bridges over Yamuna connect Greater Faridabad to Noida and Greater Noida. One of the bridges is proposed to link Noida's Sector 168 with Faridabad's Badoli village (Near Bypass Road).
  • The other bridge would connect Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) expressway from Noida's Sector 150 to National Highway 2 in Faridabad which is a part of the planned Eastern Peripheral Expressway also termed National Expressway 2 or KGP (Kundli-Ghaziabad-Palwal) Expressway.
The government has already approved the construction of the road connecting Faridabad and Greater Noida which will improve the connectivity with clearances received from both the Haryana and Uttar Pradesh Governments.

The much-awaited Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad Expressway (FNG Expressway) is finally coming on track and will provide fast connectivity to daily commuters of the area once complete; apart from this, it is also emerging as an excellent stretch for real estate development. FNG Expressway is around 56 km long with 19.9 km in the Noida-Greater Noida region, 8 km in Ghaziabad, while the rest 28.1 km is in the Faridabad region, especially the developing sectors of Neharpar and will become operational in the next 14 months.

Airport Connectivity 
The sub-city is served by Indira Gandhi International airport, which is at a distance of 40 km from the heart of the city with separate domestic and international terminals. Daily flights fly to all major cities of India and abroad.

Railway Connectivity
Nehar Par sub-city is one of the satellite towns of Haryana in NCR adjoining Delhi. It is situated on the Delhi-Agra-Gwalior railway line. It is connected with high-speed Rajdhani and Shatabadi trains or Express trains to all major cities of India. It has its own railway station besides its proximity to the Nizamuddin Railway Station, New Delhi Railway Station & Old Delhi Railway Station.

The trains for big cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai are easily accessible from here. Local trais run between New Delhi to Faridabad.

Bus Connectivity
There is a bus terminal in Greater Faridabad besides its close proximity to the ISBT, New  Delhi. There are frequent services along:
  • Faridabad-Delhi-Ambala-Chandigarh/Amritsar/Shimla route,
  • Delhi-Faridabad-Mathura-Agra route 
  • Faridabad-Delhi-Gurgaon-Jaipur route.
  • Haryana Roadways Volvo makes stop over and passes through Karnal.

Infrastructure
