Ans. After making a reservation for a property, the buyer cannot change or cancel the reservation. The booking fee will be forfeited if they decide not to proceed. You can keep the money paid to you as booking advance.
Once the deal is confirmed from both sides, neither of the parties allowed to backout. For some reason, if the seller decides to cancel the offer, they must pay twice the value of the booking amount to Assetzilla.
