Sub-city of West Bangalore elongates from Rjeshwari Nagar to Manchanayakanahalli and from Ganapathihalli it cover areas till Peenya. Some important areas are Kengri, ,Mathikere, Mahalakshmi Layout, Magadi Road, Nagarbhavi, Nayandahalli, Vijaynagar, etc. Nagarbhavi is a large residential area known for having many educational institutions.
