In a relief to commuters in Gautam Buddha Nagar district in Uttar Pradesh and the surrounding areas, the Namo Bharat Metro line project connecting the upcoming Noida International Airport to Ghaziabad is rapidly taking shape. The main goal of this project is to ease travel between Delhi NCR and the airport in Noida’s Jewar.
The National Capital Region Transport CorporatioThe total length of the Namo Bharat Metro route will be 72.4 km, in which 22 stations have been proposed. It has been targeted to complete the project by 2031. This metro line will start from Siddharth Vihar in Ghaziabad and will extend to Greater Noida West, Alpha One, and Noida International Airport.n has conducted a detailed population survey for this project. The main objective of this survey is to understand the increasing demand for public transportation and prepare a plan accordingly.This metro line will pass through Sector 71 Noida, Greater Noida West (Noida Extension), Tech Zone 4, Bisrakh, Sector 2, Greater Noida West, Alpha One, Greater Noida Delta 1, Greater Noida Pari Chowk, Yamuna Expressway, and Jewar International Airport.
The completion of this project will not only save travel time but also provide convenience and comfort for commuters. The metro line will enhance connectivity to Noida International Airport, benefiting air passengers. A special plan has been prepared and strategies are being formulated for this project.
