According to a statement by the BDA, close to 700 people participated in the event. Nearly 200 flats were sold, and of these, 75 buyers paid the initial deposit on the spot and received allotment letters. Around 125 others pre-booked flats. During the mela, 75 flats in Kommaghatta, 20 in Kanimanikere, one villa flat in Hunnigere, and six flats in Konadasapura were sold.
